error, field mandatory to fill

Hi,

there were an security flag in rol,  with ALIAS=I2WREGLA, so How can I filter  and found this permission alias?

filtering on P0095o by rol and by ALIAS doesn't find nothing...

this is UDC? or table field is enable security?

print 1 you can see the field is mandatory to fill so that I can not go ahead...

but I log in with different user, different rol and fill the same filed and seems it's not mandatory, no error messages display, so what is the difference? the user rol only?

I don't understand the rol layer apply this issue...
