responsibility to manage isupplier users

We have internal isupplier administrators who take care of inviting suppliers and resetting passwords for isupplier user. In 11i, these users are assigned a custom responsibility and had access to search all isupplier users and reset the password for any isupplier user. After our upgrade to R12, the isupplier administrators can only create new users and reset passwords for new users. When an administrator searches for isupplier users, only users created after R12 are visible.

The isupplier administrator responsibility menu has the following functions assigned:

--Oracle Form Extend Value Form

--Oracle Change Control Request
