Details of EAGER_SIZE for IR handeling LONG transaction

Recently we are facing issue with Integrated replication while replicating Long transaction . I am trying to tune but not able achieve the optimum one. Please help me to understand EAGER_SIZE  parameter ?  How it works when we have multiple open transaction with huge LCR !!!

How to calculate for optimum EAGER_SIZE  param  and sizing the stream pool ?
