I have been trying to configure Siebel IP 2016 on Oracle Public cloud. I have installed Siebel IP 20

I have been trying to configure Siebel IP 2016 on Oracle Public cloud. I have installed Siebel IP 2016 Demo Database which generated Public IP but I was not able to connect from Putty windows. I have even tried pinging but it is giving request timeout. Can you please suggest what could be wrong and why I am not able to connect Public IP from Puuty. I am stuck to run DB config script. Please help.
