New firmware for M10 PCIBOX released

in SPARC M-series servers (MOSC)

Along with the recent firmware releases for the M10 servers,

a new version for the PCIBOX was released on April, 17th.

1. Problems fixed by PCIBOX-FW 1310

  This version of PCI expansion unit firmware fixes the following problem.

  RTIF2-170221-002:

  [Problem]

  The PCI expansion unit supports the Dual 40 Gb Ethernet Adapter.

  [Workaround]

  None

  RTIF2-170209-001:

  [Problem]

  The POWER LED may be turned on at an empty PCIe slot of the PCI expansion unit.

  [Workaround]

  There is no effective workaround.

  [How to restore]
