Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Issue with Cycle Count Adjustments: APP-INV-05683: Zero Count, no adjustment performed

When we try to enter the Count Qty (2) for the Zero Quantity(on hand) Items for a sub inventory in the Cycle Count Entries form (R12.1.3),

APP-INV-05683: Zero count, no adjustment performed.

Checked the cycle count setup , Discrepancy option is enabled.

Please help to fix this issue.
