ORA-01400: cannot insert null into FA.FA_MASS_CHANGE_ITF.DESCRIPTION

Hi everyone

We are trying to do a mass change to change the prorate convention. However, it failed when doing the preview. The following message on the screenshot below are found on the log file of the mass change program.

I did some research on Oracle Support and found the similar issue from a document here.

FAMCRL ORA-01400 Cannot Insert NULL Into FA.FA_MASS_RECLASS_ITF.DESCRIPTION (Doc ID 605358.1)

Could you please advise if the solution in the Doc ID 605358.1 would fix the issue? or should I raise the SR?
