adop phase=fs_clone fail after applying R12.2.6 Rup

we have migrated from R12.0.6 to R12.2.6

we have applied R12.2.6 ,in the note 2114016.1

at the step where applying adop phase=fs_clone

i'got the error Use of uninitialized value $result in split

i have checked note

done the step ,but the problem desn't seems to be solved

i'am wondering in my case ,whitch file system is the patched file system and witch one if the run file system

i have all patches applyied on fs1,and this is the first time where to do the fs_clone ,to clone fs2 as same as fs1
