IP 16:Siebel Inbound web services generates "Error in authenticating the user" when username and pas

Hi All,

  We are migrating from IP 13 to IP 16 and now when we hit the web services thru unsecured web services in IP 16 we get the error message that user is not authenticated.

We have found one document Doc: 1450692.1

which mentions that it is discontinued, I remember that it can work in unsecure way by changing a parameter, is it still feasible in IP 16.

We have tested the web services via secured mode, and they work but it needs us to change the header section of the input by adding the user id and pwd.

We want to see if there is a way to avoid adding the user id pwd in the request and get it working like before, may be some changes at Siebel side.
