DDA Itaú bank Layout

Hello, I trying to load the DDA files from Itaú bank using the standard Oracle R12 functionality, but , we are facing some problems about transferors branch numbers validation once we don't have all existing Itau branches at our system, so based on that, I saw in DDA layout config screen that is possible to set a default value for specific columns but isn't work, could someone explain  or comment if we have a way to avoid that validation or have already opened an Oracle tickect to solve it.
