For a project, receiving issue caused difference between Subledger and GL

For a PO, warehouse received 3 times and returned 2 times and corrected once, seems GL entries are correct, but the corrected transaction is not reflecting in the project module.

For another PO, the PO has 3 items, but after receiving we found 3 items in GL, but only 1 item in the projects module.
