User is unable to see any composite page they create.

They Create the page, once they go to save it, the page locks up. Have to refresh the screen to exit out of the page composer. then no page.  Has anybody seen anything like this? Can find it in the P98220U and in the p98220W but when you try to preview you just get a page that says loading and it never does?  Any suggestions?  Thanks
