How to create payment template with a value range

Hello Experts

Is there any way of setting a payment template to pick the invoices with the value range. E.g I have 5 invoices with values 100, 500, 700, 900 and 1500 and i want my template to pick the invoices of value less than 1000 pounds, in this example 4 invoices.

We are in R12.1.3
