What is important about FZSPDW in the F1207. Why is it here and does it matter if its blank? Whe

I am going through and reviewing out PMs.  I was looking at the FZSPDW field in the F1207.  I noticed for some PMs it is blank and for others it is not.   I am mostly wondering if this is a problem and where would I add that or remove it from JDE?  ITs not on the PM screen.  Im trying to also find out if this is a problem if it is blank on some PMs.
