'Unknown Publisher' error when Oracle forms are invoked - oajinit.exe

User was able to run Oracle Forms just fine and today when he clicked on one of the oracle forms to invoke (Transactions) - it returned an 'Unknown Publisher' Error from the User Account Control for the file oajinit.exe on the apps server; when clicking Yes  (do you want to allow?) - nothing happens...

I assume to re-install the Jinitiator for this client would definitely help... but maybe just some settings update to reconcile the certificates next time??
