How to get LDAP users' ID

I'm looking for HFM user login IDs in the database for some internal audit report purpose. I can get native users in css_users table, but I can't get user IDs of external users which are integrated from  our internal LDAP server (IBM Tivoli).

I have found that all external users have one user key stored in foundation table css_identity,the column is identity_id and the sample data like this: ldap://IBM-ENTRYUUID=162d8fc0-f62d-1034-893a-876e735a141d?USER .

My question is, how can I get user's login ID?

HFM version is 11.1.2.4.203, common module version is 11.1.2.4.
