Option to delete personal grid formats disabled in 9.2.1.1 Tools

Actually all other options other than Save are disabled.

UDO Action security is create,modify,publish for *PUBLIC and SYSADMIN for FORMAT.

There was "View"  security applied as well but I removed it.

I'm using JDE and my own user id to test which is also a member of SYSADMIN.

I've restarted all servers and cleared caches.

I can create a grid format in P01012 for example and save it  as "GFTEST" but the other icons, (specifically delete) do not become active after saving the GF.

I can close P01012 and restart everything and open the app back up and end up at the same place (see above screenshot)
