Create Drop Ship Orders using iStore

We are planning to implement Oracle iStore in order to let our external partners submit orders and we are looking to see if these partner orders can be created to Drop Ship Sales Orders in Oracle EBS. We are R12.1.3.

High level requirements:

Partners Logon to iStore --> Submit Orders --> Drop ship sales orders should get created in Oracle EBS.

Is this possible using out-of-box functionality?
