AAIS for Position Budgets vs. Entering Account Info for Positions

F0012 Position Budget AAIs

I understand the purpose for G/A AAIs HRLT, HRSB and HRSE.

Question: If I do not create those G/A AAIs company-specific, but only for background Co. 00000, will it work the same or do I need to specify these three AAIs for each company. I know that is what the Reference Manual says (to create them for each company) but since in the JDE Demo Data we can see Company 00000 along with three other companies, I was wondering whether, should someone create a new company down the road but forgets to add those three AAIs to F0012, would the system continue working well because of the Co. 00000?
