Import Wizard Missing Available Attributes

I'm using the import wizard to import from an excel spreadsheet to the Affected Items of a PSR. During the attribute mapping step, 2 attributes are missing from the available Agile fields (Import TO fields). They are available and modifiable when in the PSR item directly. The missing fields are both MultiList fields where the remaining attributes that do appear in the affected items tab are not.

I've checked all permissions that seem relevant and appear to have the correct rights, is there a random rule regarding import to MultiLists in Affected items tabs for PSRs that I overlooked in the import user guide?
