Cancel parts list

Hello,

There is very strange case in my system. The MRP Detail Message Review(P3411) shows 'Cancel parts list' in planner remarks with A message. I checked those production orders, the part list is exiting and never be removed. And meanwhile, as soon as the  Recommended Complete Date is blank the field planner remarks is 'cancel parts list'. How this happened? Where is the recommended complete date from?
