While creating a move order transfer, task is created with Unreleased status rather than pending

Hi,

I am trying to perform a move order transfer from one sub inventory to other sub inventory. But the move order transfer task is created with 'Unreleased' status rather than 'Pending'. Please help me to resolve the issue.
