hxc_timestore_deposit.execute_deposit_process get an error overlapping entries

I am using api to save time card hxc_timestore_deposit.execute_deposit_process but after then I got an error "Your timecard has overlapping entries with another Timecard Period."

Note: the date of time card of this employee is not exist on the time entry.
