GoldenGate Integrated Extract - RAC 3 Nodes - AIX

Hello guys... I need help

I have to create a integrated extract in RAC AIX 3 nodes, Database 12c and GoldenGate 12c, but , extracts is abbending after start with the error:

Alert Database:

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/soa12prd/soa12prd1/trace/soa12prd1_p01h_39911634.trc (incident=143732):

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 65560 bytes of shared memory ("large pool","unknown object","large pool","PX msg pool")

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
