No Comment Error Received Clicking Deny Button on Expense Report
On 9.2 Image 23, PeopleTools 8.55: we are experiencing an issue where an approver can click the Deny button on the expense report approval page (NavBar > Navigator > Manager Self Service > Travel and Expense Center > Approvals > Approve Transactions > Click Expense Report Transaction ID link) when no comment is entered in the box and they are taken to the confirmation page without receiving an error message. The approver is then able to deny the report with no comments entered on the page. They receive the error if attempting to send back without a comment.
Is this a bug? I could not locate a similar issue reported in Knowledgebase.
