Qucik Admit a Student is not saving and keeps on spinning

Hi ,

Am trying to quick admit a new student using the Quick Admit component.After I entered all the required fields in the three different tabs then selecting SAVE.  The system spins for about 5 min or more.  When the spinning finishes it does not create a new EMPLID for the student.

Navigation:

Records and Enrollment-> Enroll Students-> Quick Admit a Student

This issue occurs in our 92DEV ,92TST and 92SIT environments but the save is really fast and quick in our 90 environments.

We are on PT 8.55.14 and App Rel :9.2

Please let me know if some one has undergone the same issue.
