Commit taking nearly 15 minutes to complete

Hi Team,

One of the users faced an issue today where the commit took more than 15 minutes. When I checked the log for the user I found the below mentioned entries.

The same entries were repeating for more than 15 minutes in the log. Has anyone faced any such issues or know what could be the cause?

User was able to commit within few seconds after some time. I will open a SR if the issue recurs.
