We have a user that is receiving the following message when she clicks on Banking Details of a Supplier: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.  She sis not get this message yesterday or this morning, it just came up this afternoon. 

I ran a FND: Diagnostic on the responsibility she was using under her ID.  See attached.  Any clue as to why she just got this message?  This is only happening with her ID.  Other people have logged on to her machine, accessed the same responsibility with no issue.
