Import LTMA User Certificate

I am setting up a testing server with an LTMA certificate and cannot seem to get it to import into the Oracle wallet. We cannot use the certificate request from oracle (since our organization has us request certificates in a specific manner). Is there a way to simply import the certificate without the request? I tried renaming the certificate and opening it as a wallet, however, the trusted certificates were there but the user certificate was not.
