Local Sourcing Rule name not showing at the LOV in Sourcing Rule Assignments

Hi Experts,

I have created a Local Sourcing Rule (LSR) with source type as "Transfer From", while try to assign this LSR to an item in Sourcing Rule Assignment set form, the Sourcing Rule LOV is not showing the LSR. Where as its showing all global sourcing rules. Please advise how can I achieve this.
