Shipments Workbench Creating a shipment, the Third Party Site Details are not Available in LOV

When attempting to create a shipment in LCM the third party site details are not available. The LOV does not bring any information. All the below setups are available as per below Doc id.

Go into the responsibility: Inventory Responsibility

2. Navigate to Setup > Organizations => Locations

3. Query the Third Party (Supplier) : and check the if Country is filled in in the Location Address

4. Also, check in Landed Cost Management Responsibility => Setup=> Shipment types => Source Types Allowed:

it can be "Domestic" only, "Foreign" only or "Both". In order to compare we need to know in which country is the receiving location.
