How to check Siebel Signature Capture control License

Hi All.

Willing to check whether my siebel application has Siebel Signature Capture control license enabled. There is a requirement comes where Siebel needs to capture Signature in a table which comes from Some other legacy system. Guys Please suggest how would I check the feasibility of it in my application.
