How do I review my SR in MOS even when I had used the filter I needed to show it?

Now I cannot see my SR in the MOS web page before I saw my SR in Cloud Support but I cannot see anymore in this option. Nevertheless, in  Service Request Home, I cannot see by now. Could you tell me what it happens?
