How to setup a ground service

Hi,

I try tu use a ground service for creating a fix route but the bulk plan doesn't return a good result.

This is what I did :

1- Created a ground service for the carrier, 1 pickup location, 3 drop locations with a repetition schedule

2- Created a rate service with type "GROUNDSERVICE", related to the repetition Schedule set previously

3- Created a rate offering/record for the same carrier using the rate service created before.

Run a bulk plan for 3 orders, same pickup location, drop locations are the one setup in the ground service.

I'm unable to get one fix shipment according with the ground service setup. I always have 3 shipments with different carrier.
