Issue with Alias

Hi,

by press TAB button display error, what is reason I need add value in this field?

　are there UDC security?

　are there Table? col? row? security so that field flag setting enable "blank"?

I login another environment and didn't write nothing in field REGLA  and didn't display error message, so what could be the reason without write value (left blank) didn't display error message...?
