Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to view secondary ledger GL batch

Hi,

New erp system was implemented, currently we unable to view journal batch which created under secondary ledger in GL responsibility.

But i can see the batch in database but in front end its not available.

Can you please help to fix this issue
