GL shows period is open PA shows it is closed

Hi There!

When run a query on gl_period_statuses versus pa_periods =>  get different results on "closing_status" column!

Would this discrepancy cause an issue when adding the Periods for FY2019 in GL?

Pls. find attached is screen shots of query for application 275 in gl_period_statuses table and pa_periods_all table.

All help would be highly appreciated!
