Null Depreciation

We have set up a null depreciation rule as 00/1188/R.   The method of depreciation 'R' is not necessary, however, it is consistent set up of our other rules which are not 'null'.   Now that we have this rule, we note that when an asset is created with this depreciation rule that the Method Of Computation 'R' does not get added to the depreciation rule on the new asset.  Only 00/1188.  When the user reviews the asset a hard error message is received upon 'saving' and exiting the depreciation information screen of the asset, that the rule is invalid.  The only
