error invoking target irman ioracle during oracle grid installation

Hello,

I am trying to set up a 2 NODE RAC on my windows 10 laptop (oracle linux 7, 12cR2).

My set up is very much similar to the popular link https://oracle-base.com/articles/12c/oracle-db-12cr2-rac-installation-on-oracle-linux-7-using-virtualbox

The oracle grid installation throws an error during the Linking RMAN utility step and below is the log for the error .

It does not appear to be the common error others see (like libjava not available) . I have 4GB of physical memory allocated to each nodes.

As you can see on the error, there is an added / before the libodm12.so and i am not sure where that is coming from. The environment variable is exactly same as what was given in the link above. I dont see any added slashes anywhere. Hoping someone can assist me in what i am missing. Thanks !
