Hi Gurus,

I have a issue going on since last two weeks. We have two nodes RAC cluster running on solaris 11(SRU 9.4) and whenever we try to put a load on DB my node 1 always crashed and get rebooted. As per Oracle OS Engineer it is cssdmonitor which is initiating kernel panic where as Oracle DB engineer is mentioning higher disk I/O as a culprit although I have checked my both the server where disk is 100% busy during activity but wait% was always 0%.

Requesting all Solaris gurus to please let us know if similar kind of issue was faced by someone and how did he resolved it.
