Controls on a customer account
Would like to know if anyone has put in controls on the customer account to not allow new transactions for the customer on their behalf, but would allow the customer to remain open and active for processing credits, etc. We have situations that we want to deactivate the customer, but allow for late credits to hit the account and process without touching the customer to activate, then again to deactivate, which is in a different group that processes the credit.
