Can you run year end pre-processor jobs concurrently

Can you run year end pre-processor jobs for multiple GREs in the same business group at the same time? We have quite a few GREs and running them one at a time takes a lot of time. Would this cause problems for employees in more than one of the GREs?

Alternatively is there Oracle runbook functionality to set jobs to kick off right after another job finishes so that we can set these up to run over night.
