OMS patching and agent patching a confusing path

Sorry, but I have patched many systems, and databases, but patching OMS is confusing and maybe I just need someone to show me the lightbulb.

I get the big system patch. This contains many subpatches and I have no problem installing this.

What get me is the agent patching.

I am trying to follow: Oracles Master Bundle Patch list.

There are MANY agent patches, now, do these get applied to just my OMS system?

Or ALL of my server agents connected to OMS?

Do I create one big patch plan and apply to all agents?
