Create dataguard standbys on ODA

Hi,

We just racked and installed our ODA's a couple weeks ago. I'm struggling to find any good documentation on how to create the dataguard standby databases on ODA. All I've seen in documentation is your supposed to use oakcli to create a database but what about creating a dataguard standby from the rman backup per oracle documentation? Do we still run oakcli at another time in the process. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
