installation workbench error

I have installed the Dep server successfully. Installed Oracle DB and ran Platform pack.

Now when I am trying run the Install workbench after creating the plan, its giving me below error in jde.log and popping out the Database User ID and Password screen and after entering password  it started but failed in first step.below are the logs.
