GL: Daily conversion rate - PHP to USD

Hi Team,

May I ask if it is safe to update the Dollar to PHP rate like on April 28, 2017 - 49.900 is already maintained, then, there is an advice today that we need to change it to 49.699.

Also, there were transactions posted already from Payables and Inventory..  Can we still change the rate without any error/effect? How we can correct those transactions posted already?

Please kindly advise.. need to change our April 30 FX rate, PHP to USD..
