Can we apply hold at ship confirm ?

Here is the requirement.

1. We want to apply pick release hold. We can use pick line workflow activity.

2. We want to apply hold for ship confirm. We can use ship line workflow activity. The problem here is , when we hit the ship confirm button, caution message appears stating some deliveries might have errors or warning. Once you press ok, the delivery number disappears with trip / stop details.

What i want to understand

1 . Can we customize caution message.

2. Can we still have same delivery , trip and stop attached to that ship line.
