How to change BIP 12c log file directory (Enterprise Manager Cloud Control)

Hi Experts,

Customer are using Enterprise Manager Cloud Control environment as following

    OEL 6.8

    EnterpriseEdition12.1.0.2.0

    RAC

    OEM 13cR2

Questions:

1) If customer want to change Log File directory, can we consider the way as general BIP environment?

2) Is there any other way to change Log File directory beside GUI, such as command line?

    As I know, for BIP 11i,  troubleshooting Note 1387643.1 mentioned a way using command line, but I didn't find it in BIP 12c troubleshooting guide Note 2186712.1.
