Automatic time stamp creation in OTL when an employee is added to the work order resource.

Dear All,

Is it possible for an OTL time stamp record automatically getting created when an employee is added to the work order resource? User says that OTL records are auto created to all his EAM work order. Attached the work order screenshot with corresponding OTL time card.
