Hi

We have installed 12.1.3 on Windows 2008 32 bit and on 11.1.0.7.0.

When I create a new employee then i get this error:

APP-PER-289974: There has been an error processing this person.

The error encountered is

'ORA-20001: HZ_API_OTHERS_EXCEP: N, ERROR,

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called', which occurred in procedure per_hrtca_merge.create_tca_person at step 5.

I have looked at Note 1074083.1 and installed the sqlplus apps/<apps_password>  @adctxpkg.sql <system_password> CTXSYS APPS but still the same error.

What could the solution be?
